End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "Employee") and StarLight Creations, Inc ("Company") regarding your use of the Hoshi internal software application ("Software").

1. Internal Use Only

The Software is proprietary to StarLight Creations, Inc and is intended strictly for internal business use by authorized employees and contractors. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or access by non-employees is strictly prohibited.

2. Access and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify the IT department immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. Data Privacy and Monitoring

The Company reserves the right to monitor, log, and audit all activity within the Software to ensure compliance with company policies, security protocols, and applicable laws. You should have no expectation of privacy regarding your use of this Software.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including but not limited to code, data, and design, remain the exclusive property of StarLight Creations, Inc.

5. Termination

Your license to use the Software is contingent upon your continued employment or contract with StarLight Creations, Inc. This license terminates automatically upon the end of your employment or contract.

6. Disclaimer

The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. The Company is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
